This long building from 1989 is a combination of shop and office facilities. Original roof was bitumen on top of concrete but leaking occured after 10 years. The owner wanted renovation without the noise of drilling fasteners into the concrete, hence Protan vacuum system was chosen. Silent installation of Protan SE 1,2mm was applied and the roof is now performing excellent.
