The Protan Group holds manufacturing facilities all from raw material through to final assembled products; weaving of textile, PVC-coating, final assembling and installation of membrane based products. The annually delivered volume of PVC membrane exceeded 11,5 Million sqm in 2008. Protan is certified in accordance with the quality assurance standard ISO 9001 and the Environmental Management Systems according to ISO 14001.
Most of Protan’s products are exported (60%) and the exported goods are distributed to more than 40 countries. The product portfolio of Protan consists of three major divisions; Single Ply Roofing membranes, Technical Textile solutions (for instance membranes for warehouses, aircraft hangars, sports halls, hospital tents, waterbags and wallpaper), and Ventiflex® (ventilation system suitable for tunnels and other underground applications).
