Who are we? 

Protan AS Is a Norwegian family-owned company with long traditions. It is a multinational manufacturer
and supplier of:     

• Single Ply Roofing membranes.
• Technical Textile solutions (for instance warehouses, aircraft hangars, sports halls, hospital tents, water-bags and wallpaper). The Company`s Headquarter and main production plant are situated in Drammen, Norway.
• Factory-welded and tailormade products as well as Ventiflex® (ventilation system suitable for tunnels and other underground applications) at it`s plant in Nesbyen, Norway. Other similar plants are located in Sweden and Polen.

Protan has roofing contractor companies in the Nordic countries. Protan is certified in accordance with the international quality assurance standard ISO 9001 (link) and the Environmental Management Systems according to ISO 14001 (link). The Protan Group has a long term business perspective. The company history is characterised by innovation and development of systems and solutions.
