The expansion of the MAN Trucks Sp. z o.o. production site in Niepołomice included the reconstruction of the existing H2 hall and the addition of the new H20 hall at ulica Rudolfa Diesla 1. Across both phases, we delivered complete roofing solutions designed for modern industrial and logistics facilities, compliant with FM Global requirements.
The first stage of the project was completed in 2022 and covered approximately 5,000 m² of roofing. This phase involved installing a Protan SE 1.5 Cool Roof membrane, providing high reflectivity, energy efficiency, and long-term durability. Our scope included ProPlan calculations and full technical design support for the roofing contractor.
The second phase, completed in 2025, focused on the expansion and reconstruction of the H2 hall, along with the construction of the new H20 hall, totalling 2,900 m². For this stage, we supplied Protan SE 1.5 F91 membrane, supplemented with vapor barrier layers and fastening systems. As with the earlier phase, all specifications and documentation were prepared to meet FM Global standards and ensure a robust, high-performance roof system.
