Myrkdalen Mountain Village, Norway

The Myrkdalen Fjellandsby project involved roofing cabins and apartment blocks using Protan Torvtaksmembran. Development of Myrkdalen Fjellandsby has been ongoing since 2002, and Seimen has generated a total turnover of more than 1 billion kroner. 

100% of the buildings have been roofed with Protan Torvtaksmembran. “They tried a roll of a competing membrane, but the roofers sent it back,” says Eirik Seim, Managing Director of Seimen AS.
