About the Project
At Tillington Hall Care Home, we delivered a tailored roofing solution designed to support both functionality and sustainability. The main roof features a Protan fully adhered 1.5 mm EXA membrane system, while the dedicated roof garden uses a protected 1.8 mm membrane to accommodate greenery and outdoor use.
The project highlights how modern roofing can serve multiple purposes—providing safe, durable protection while also enabling energy-efficient solutions such as solar integration.
