The Lugoj–Deva Highway Project, Lot 2, is an approximately 10-kilometre section of the motorway connecting Sibiu with the Romanian–Hungarian border. A key feature of the project is nearly 2 kilometres of double-pipe tunnels, making it one of the more technically demanding parts of the route.
Protan supplied PVC membranes and accessories for the tunnel waterproofing system, ensuring long-term protection against water ingress in the underground structures.
