We have taken part in the "Fast Track" programme run by the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration and the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise. This programme aims to get refugees with skills quickly into contact with employers. This has led to the employment of many competent colleagues.
We would like to see more women in traditionally male-dominated roles such as machine operators and roofers. In our campaigns to recruit more qualified roofers and apprentices to Protan's roof contracting branches, we have featured Ingvild Fjellheim from Protan Entreprenør's South-East department.
