BaneNor's maintenance base in Bergen was completed in 2020. The building consists of a workshop hall and administration and is a two-track workshop that can accommodate trains up to 110 metres long.

All stormwater management is solved in a reservoir under the sedum, with BlueProof Green. There is no underground storage.
