Sæther Nordic’s new logistics centre in Espergærde brings the company’s Nordic operations together in a modern, purpose-built facility. Developed and owned by Verdion, the 26,710 m² building provides warehousing, mezzanine, office and technical facilities for Sæther Nordic, one of the leading distributors of cosmetics and beauty products in the Nordic region.
Construction started in early 2025, with the new facility completed and handed over in 2026. The development has been designed with a strong focus on long-term performance and sustainability, including provision for photovoltaic panels, heat pumps and rainwater recycling.
For the roof, Tørt ApS supplied the Protan roofing membrane, installed by NT TAG ApS. The project demonstrates how a reliable roofing solution forms an integral part of a modern logistics facility designed for demanding, long-term use.
